Goal of the training course
The goal is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to independently conduct effective competency-based interviews, and also take more informed decisions when selecting staff.At the training course, you will learn how to:
- conduct a structured interview when hiring people
- accurately select questions for the assessment of the candidates
- draw substantiated conclusions on the compliance of a candidate with a specific position
- explain and argue your position on the candidate in competency terms
- keep structured notes during the interview and make objective assessments on the competencies.
At the end of the training course participants receive an International Standard Certificate issued by the company A&DC.
Duration of the training course 2 days from 10.00 to 18.00, including coffee and lunch breaks.
