We recommend this training course not only for personnel specialists, but also for line managers who participate in the personnel recruitment process and conduct interviews with candidates.

Goal of the training course

The goal is to provide participants with the knowledge and skills required to independently conduct effective competency-based interviews, and also take more informed decisions when selecting staff.

At the training course, you will learn how to:

  • conduct a structured interview when hiring people
  • accurately select questions for the assessment of the candidates
  • draw substantiated conclusions on the compliance of a candidate with a specific position
  • explain and argue your position on the candidate in competency terms
  • keep structured notes during the interview and make objective assessments on the competencies.

At the end of the training course participants receive an International Standard Certificate issued by the company A&DC.

Duration of the training course 2 days from 10.00 to 18.00, including coffee and lunch breaks.
