Deep drivers motivational questionnaire
The Deep Drivers motivational questionnaire was developed by Detech in 2010. The questionnaire aims to identify the main factors motivating the professional activities of employees.
The questionnaire consists of 165 questions and describes the main motives and values that affect an individual's behavior at the work place, with the help of 15 scales combined into five blocks:
- Achievements
- Career (rapid promotion at work)
- Results (attainment of a specific visible result)
- Professionalism (receipt of experience, increase in professional level)
- Work
- Structured nature (clear and concise objective, understandable ways of achieving them)
- Changes (diverse work)
- Creativity (ability to realize one’s ideas)
- Respect
- Status (work at well-known company, high-status position)
- Recognition (public acknowledgment of merits)
- Participation (sense of involvement in some important matter)
- Communications
- Communications (interaction with a large number of people)
- Team (good relations with colleagues)
- Influence (control over people and processes)
- Conditions
- Money (high monetary reward)
- Comfort (convenience of the work place and office)
- Stability (sustainable position of the company, regular wage, lack of risk)
