Social psychologist. Graduated from the psychology faculty of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. Author of unique methodology and presenter of the training course “Identifying lies during an interview.” Developer of the ONTARGET tests.

From 1995 to 2001 consulted individually candidates for elective state positions of different levels. Over the past 10 years has specialized in the appraisal and development of senior management and devised personnel assessment methodologies.

Svetlana Simonenko, Managing Partner

PhD in Psychology. Graduated from the psychology faculty of M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. Lecturer at the State University of Management.

Expert in the drafting of personnel assessment methods and delivery of personnel appraisals, and also the assessment and development of leadership potential. Owner of a number of copyright certificates in the area of personnel assessment.

Graduated from Kyiv National Economic University. Has a Master's Degree in legal regulation of the economy. Graduated from M.V. Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 2004 qualified as Global Remuneration Professional (USA).

Has more than 12 years experience of HR advisory services. Has conducted numerous assignments, including the following: the development of a strategy to enhance management performance, labor productivity and engage the personnel in the work of the company; development of state-of-the-art corporate governance and decision-making structures; analysis of the effectiveness of the HR management function; performance of personnel satisfaction and salary reviews; HR due diligence and the development of post-merger recommendations on how to integrate employee, etc.
