360-degree feedback
The 360-degree feedback system is used to assess an employee based on information on the individual's actions in the work environment and the business abilities manifested by the individual.
The information is obtained from a questionnaire completed by the employee, his/her immediate supervisor, colleagues, and in certain cases by the clients of the assessed individual.
The 360-degree feedback method is the most effective way of identifying training requirements and creating customized individual development plans.
