Goal of the training course
To train employees of the company in how to organize 360° feedback, interpret assessment results and provide evolutionary feedback in a structured and effective manner.
By the end of the training the participants will be able to:
- Perform 360° feedback using on-line technologies.
- Prepare and implement evolutionary feedback and help an individual develop a corresponding development plan.
- Manage situations, where participants may demonstrate an inability to accept or resistance to feedback, and use different behavioral strategies in such instances.
- Assimilate skills for developing the 360° questionnaire based on corporate competencies.
