Assessment of management teams

A “team portrait” based on unique assessment methodologies proposed by Detech will help you find the answers to these questions.
The team is assessed on the basis of three criteria:
- Symmetry – the existence of all the required roles for the effective work of the team as a whole.
- Sustainability – the ability to effectively replace any manager during his/her absence.
- Potential – the existence of strengths that determine the effective performance of each manager in particular and the team as a whole, and also possible personality-based restrictions and work risks related to them.
Assessment of the senior management team is required:
- If there is a change in the corporate development strategy, in order to understand the team's ability to realize a new strategy.
- When the Owner or Management Company wants to improve the performance of the management team.
- When the Owner or Management Company wants to introduce changes within the management team.
- During succession planning.
As a result of the team assessment, its director will receive answers to the following questions:
- How do the personality traits and capabilities of a specific manager affect performance on specific projects and business areas and what can be done to improve this performance?
- How can the quality and speed of decision-making be increased in a team and how can one monitor clear-cut implementation and mitigate the risk that the wrong decisions may be adopted?
- What should be the focus when interacting with specific managers and the team as a whole?
- Which manager can be relied upon at a time of change?
