Holding of Assessment and Development Centers
We recommend this training course to personnel specialists and line managers, who participate in Assessment Centers and Development Centers as observers and take decisions on the hiring of new employees, the promotion of employees to new positions and the establishment of the succession pool.
Goal of the training course
The main goal of the training course is to provide the participants with the knowledge and skills that make it possible to independently conduct Assessment and Development Centers in their organizations.
At the training course you will learn how to:
- correctly select exercises for the assessment of the required competencies
- conduct the main exercises used in the Assessment and Development Centers
- use in practice the methodology for the objective assessment of ORCE (Observe, Record, Classify and Evaluate)
- draw substantiated conclusions on the level of development of the candidate's competencies
- support your assessments and decisions on the candidate in competency terms
- organize and administer Assessment and Development Centers
At the end of the training course participants receive an International Standard Certificate issued by the company A&DC.
Duration of the training course 3 days from 10.00 to 19.00, including coffee and lunch breaks.
