On the 30th of November Detech signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Sochi-2014 Olympic and Paralympic Games Organizing Committee to confirm its intention to become a supplier in “Personnel Assessment Products” category. In the course of a seminar held by the Organizing Committee for its Partners and Licensees Dmitry Chernyshenko, the President and CEO of the Sochi 2014 Organizing Committee, and Svetlana Simonenko, Managing Partner of Detech, concluded an agreement. According to the agreement Detech will provide the Organizing Committee with assessment tools for volunteers selection and personnel competency assessments.

Detech experts will be responsible for a major task of Sochi 2014’s recruitment program – volunteers assessment. Detech will take candidates to the global volunteer team through an initial online assessment that will help reveal their individual traits vital to successful performance as volunteers. In the beginning of February 2012, Olympic volunteer recruitment program will be launched at 26 volunteer centers, in the course of the program 25,000 volunteers will be selected by means of innovative techniques and methods provided by Detech. Other key areas of Olympic partnership include providing recommendations on organization of venue teams and additional support for ensuring personnel effectiveness at all levels of the organization.

After signing procedure Managing Partner of Detech, Svetlana Simonenko presented a porcelain pearl as a gift to Mr. Chernyshenko and said:
