Ability Tests

ONTARGET ability tests were developed specifically for the Russian market and take into account the most recent business development trends and modern methods for presenting and processing information.

The ability tests of Psytech International, distributed in Russia by the company ONTARGET, take into account international experience of developing psychometric tools and have been adopted with due account of business specifics in Russia.

ONTARGET ability tests have the largest number of (over 40) standardization groups in Russia (target groups that may be used to compare a candidate’s results).

ONTARGET ability tests are the only ability tests that serve as the basis for regular research and where information on their reliability and validity is published on a regular basis. This enables clients to be confident about the accuracy of the assessment with the help of the ONTARGET ability tests.

ONTARGET is the only developer of tests in Russia, whose tests are translated into foreign languages (English, Chinese) and used in other countries.

Several versions of one test have been posted directly in the on-line system. This makes it possible to vary the assignments in random order and present each time a unique version of the test to candidates (while maintaining the high reliability of the results).

All the tests are performed within a specific time span (up to 30 minutes). Before starting to complete any test, candidates have an opportunity to resolve the training exercises (examples) without any time restraints, which enables them to familiarize themselves with the standard questions in each test. After resolving the examples, the candidate starts working on the main test, which is performed within a specific timeframe.
