Change management

At a time of organizational change, the first goal of management is to identify the individuals who can be relied upon during the implementation of these changes, who will be able to cope with the new challenges and also help other employees readjust and adapt to the new circumstances (“Change Management Champions”).

The success of any new innovations is to a large extent contingent on the correct selection of the management team or group of champions for the implementation of the changes.

In addition, during the restructuring that often accompanies changes to the corporate strategy or the transition to new technologies, it is extremely important to adopt the correct HR solutions. Frequently directors that have coped in some circumstances prove to be far less effective in a new environment and are unable to adapt the new processes. This is particularly noticeable if the individual has to assume more responsibilities as a result of the restructuring and there is an increase in the complexity of work objectives.
