PERSONNEL ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT

Responsibilities:

Participation in projects and project management in the area of HR consulting for large Russian and international companies:

• Personnel Assessment
• Personnel competencies development
• Training courses
• Assessment and Development Centers
• Development and implementation of performance management systems
• Development and implementation of competency models
• Development of Assessment and Development tools
• Communication with clients in the course of projects
• Preparing of reports and presentations

Requirements:

• Higher education
• Fluent English
• Knowledge in the area of HR management is desirable
• Working experience in HR, training and/or consulting companies would be a plus
• Analytic abilities, result orientation
• Good business communication skills

Conditions:

• Remuneration in accordance with experience and skills
