PERSONNEL ASSESSMENT AND DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT
Responsibilities:
Participation in projects and project management in the area of HR consulting for large Russian and international companies:
- Personnel Assessment
- Personnel competencies development
- Training courses
- Assessment and Development Centers
- Development and implementation of performance management systems
- Development and implementation of competency models
- Development of Assessment and Development tools
- Communication with clients in the course of projects
- Preparing of reports and presentations
Requirements:
- Higher education
- Fluent English
- Knowledge in the area of HR management is desirable
- Working experience in HR, training and/or consulting companies would be a plus
- Analytic abilities, result orientation
- Good business communication skills
Conditions:
