Motivation assessment

To assess motivation Detech offers a unique instrument — DEEP drivers.
The Deep Drivers motivational questionnaire was developed by Detech in 2010.
The questionnaire aims to identify the main factors motivating the professional activities of employees and propelling them to make the maximum effort or, on the contrary, demotivating.

As a result of the assessment thr factors are divided into key motivators and demotivators, characterizing the respondent.

Key motivators

What a company may offer to the respondent as an additional stimulation.

Key demotivators

The primary factors (the factors the absence of which would be treated very sensitively by the respondent).

Basing on the key motivators and demotivators the manager is provided with recommendations, which will help him/her to make a decision on the candidate or the employee of the company.
