Employee motivation assessment

Based on the leading motivators and demotivators, the manager is provided with recommendations that will help to make a decision regarding a candidate or an existing employee of the company.

To assess motivation, Detech offers a unique tool called DEEP Drivers.
DEEP Drivers was developed by Detech Research Laboratory in 2010. It is designed to identify factors that influence a person’s motivation at work and highlights what encourages an employee to put maximum efforts or, on the contrary, demotivates them.

Implementation of DEEP Drivers:

• Candidate assessment when hiring – identifying whether key motivators of the candidate are corresponding to the incentives available in the organization, which helps to predict the candidate’s engagement;
• Employee assessment – identifying problems in motivating employees in order to adjust their incentive strategy;
• Corporate culture research – identifying the leading motivators of different groups of people in the organization when planning changes in incentive systems or other organizational changes.
