Detech has developed an online human potential assessment system ONTARGET. The uniqueness of the system is that it is based on methods at the intersection of IT technologies and the latest research in psychology, where a mathematical algorithm and IT solutions play a major role in the assessment. Additionally, a system algorithm has been developed that corrects the test results, adjusted for social desirability and other types of distortions.
